Lucy Rime assists the Business Affairs team, working closely with Dora Usdan and Julia Maziarz. She recently graduated from the University of Massachusetts–Amherst, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English, with a concentration in creative writing, and dance. There she enjoyed writing works of magical realism and poetry and served on the staff of the English department’s student advisory board as well as on its undergraduate literary magazine, Jabberwocky. During her last semester, she interned at the educational services company Publishing Solutions Group. She is a graduate of the Columbia Publishing Course, where she first became interested in book contracts.
