As the Vice President of Filmed Entertainment at Trident Media Group, Erica Silverman oversees film & TV rights for a wide array of the agency’s top-tier literary talent, frequently collaborating with producers, studios, managers, and production companies. In key projects, she works alongside powerhouse talent agencies in Los Angeles. Erica brings an unparalleled depth of experience to her role, having represented prominent screenwriters, producers, directors, and actors throughout her career. She was previously a VP at both ICM and WMA, led United Artists in New York and taught at the prestigious NYU Graduate Film School.

Erica’s influence extends well beyond the office, as she and TMG Chairman Robert Gottlieb, along with TMG VP and Literary Agent Mark Gottlieb, regularly travel to Los Angeles to meet with industry leaders, presenting new projects to studios and production houses. Additionally, Erica holds year-round meetings with high-profile buyers in both LA and New York, ensuring a constant and dynamic pipeline of Trident’s cutting-edge literary content into the hands of film and television executives.
